Politicians enjoy talking about their accomplishments.

short list can keep you focused. Consider going with
one or two friends for support. After your meeting,
a follow-up call can refresh the message.
The next effective ways to communicate is by mail,
or by telephone. Again a short list with your concerns
along with and your requests for action can do the
trick.
The least effective overall communications approach
is use of e-mail. Although a few representatives are
vigilant about keeping up with much e-mail, some representatives
